Product Description

The sand production line is an automated equipment combination specifically used to produce sand and stone (i.e., sand and gravel aggregate) for construction. It can process various raw materials such as rocks, sand and gravel, and river pebbles into finished sand and gravel with uniform particle size that meets construction requirements. It is widely used in infrastructure construction fields such as roads, railways, water conservancy, construction, and concrete mixing plants.

.Workflow
A typical sand and gravel production line process flow is as follows:
Feeding: Raw materials (such as ore and river pebbles) are transported to the silo by dump trucks and evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder.
Coarse Crushing: The jaw crusher performs primary crushing.
Secondary and Fine Crushing: The coarsely crushed material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing.
Screening: The crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen. Materials that meet the finished product particle size are sent to a finished product pile or sand washer, while unqualified materials are returned to the secondary and fine crushing equipment for recycling.
Sand Making (Optional): If artificial sand is to be produced, some of the material will be sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping.
Cleaning (Optional): The finished sand and gravel are rinsed in a sand washer.
Finished Product: The cleaned finished sand and gravel are discharged via a conveyor belt and stacked.

Equipment Composition
A complete sand and gravel production line typically consists of the following equipment, with specific configurations adjusted based on raw material type, finished product requirements, and production volume:
Vibrating feeder: Uniformly and continuously feeds raw materials to the crushing equipment.
Crushing equipment: This includes a jaw crusher (coarse crushing), a cone crusher, or an impact crusher (secondary and fine crushing), used to break large materials into smaller particles.
Sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher): Finely crushes and shapes the crushed material, producing finished sand that meets particle size requirements.
Vibrating screen: Used to screen sand and gravel of different specifications, returning unqualified material for re-crushing and sending qualified material to the next stage.
Sand washer: Cleans dirt and impurities from the finished sand, improving its cleanliness and quality (optional equipment).
Belt conveyor: Connects the various equipment to achieve automated material transportation.
