To ensure the machine performance, for every machine before leave our factory, no matter its single machine or big production line, we all connecting whole line, buy raw materials to trial running, to ensure every part are up to standard.
1. Double-shaft shredder
In the pre crushing stage, the discharged lithium battery is subjected to primary crushing, with a crushing size of about 25mm, which cn aviod the danger of insufficient battery discharge to subsequent processes and help improve subsequent processing efficiency.
2. Primary crusher
In the fine crushing process, the pre curshed lithium battery is finely crushed to about 10mm, and the steel shell, diaphrag, electrode plate, and battery powder are crushed and separated to facilitate subsequent sorting.
3. Primary drum screen
In the screening process, the drum screen separates the dissociated battery powder by flipping nd rotating. The recycling amount of battery powder in this process reaches 60%, and the sealed drum ensures no dust overflow.
4. Magnetic separator

5. Z-type air sorting machine
The separation separator is a Z-type air separator that uses aerodynamic principles to break up materials and separate light and heavy materials. The separator is collected by s cyclone collector snd sent to a linear screen, and the polar plates are sent to the next equipment through the discharge port.
6. Secondary crusher
In the fine crushing process, the pre crushed lithium battery is finely crushed again to around 5mm, and te remaining motor material is further crushed and dissociated to improve the recovery rate.
7. Secondary drum screen
In the screening process, the drum screen separates and dissociated battery powder by flipping and rotating. The recovery rate of battery powder in this process reaches 95%, and the drum is sealed without dust overflow.
8. Grinder
In the grinding process, a high-speed grinding mschine aggregares and shapes the mixture of copper nd aluminum foils to achieve consistent specifications for the subsequent separation of copper and aluminum.
9. Rotary vibrating screen
In the screening process, the rotary vibrating screen separates the residual battery powder after grinding through vibration. The recovery amount of bsttery powder in this process reaches 98%, with. cloesd drum and no dust overflow.
10. Gravity separator
In the separation process of copper and alumium,the specific gravity sorting machine utilizes airflow and vibration frition to cause copper with a significant proportion to settle and move upwards from the bottom layer,shile aluminum with a low proportion is suspended and moves downwards from the surface,achieving the effect of copper and aluminum separation.
11. Exhausted gas cleaning system
All the ultra fine dust is brought into the pulse dust collector by the negative pressure system for collection. The filtered exhaust gas will continue to be sent by the negative pressure system to the exhaust gas treatment equipment for air purification, so that it can be discharged at high altitude after reaching the national emission standard.
